Open Profile, then Delete Account (or Profile → Privacy & Legal → Delete Account). Review what is erased and what is kept, then type the confirmation word. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the account, contact us from the account email.
Profile → Delete Account. The app first shows you what is erased, what is kept and why, then asks you to type a confirmation word. When it finishes you receive a reference code in the form WZN-XXXXXXXXXXXX; keep it if you ever need to contact support. There is no grace period and no undo: the data is removed at that moment.
If you still hold paid, unused sessions, the app stops and tells you how many and at which gym before going further. You can close the account and forfeit them, or contact the gym for a refund first. Nothing is taken without you choosing it, and deletion stays available either way.
Email privacy@wazenai.app and state that you want account deletion. Appropriate verification may be required to prevent an unauthorized request.
Erased immediately: your name, email, phone, username, photo and bio; your chats with the coach; health and hydration logs; InBody scans; workouts; meal history; notifications and devices; and your files in storage. Your password and sign-in methods are removed, so there is no way back into the account. Residual backups are cleared within 90 days. What is kept is order, payment, commission and membership records — because Egyptian tax and consumer-protection law require them, and because a kitchen, gym or captain was paid against them — and they no longer carry anything that identifies you.
