Wazen uses data you provide or permit to be connected to run calculations, personalization, orders, memberships, and features you choose. Wazen is operated by WazenAI in Alexandria, Egypt.
Account data, preferences, food, hydration, training, AI conversations, orders, memberships, and approximate location or address when zone services are used.
To operate accounts, daily calculations, personalization, zone search, support, security, and order-related obligations when applicable.
You can manage device permissions and integrations, clear AI history or memory where available, and start account deletion inside the app.
We share only limited data to run the features you choose: AI providers to power explanations, Paymob to process order payments, kitchens or partners to fulfil your order, and operational service providers. We do not sell your health data.
We keep data only as long as needed for the service. Raw meal photos and voice are deleted after processing or within 24 hours. When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify active data within 30 days and backups within 90 days, keeping order and payment records only as the law requires.
Wazen is a wellness, organization, and explanation tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed professional.
