Price & duration

Wazen Pro is 300 EGP per month, with the full price shown before you confirm. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel.

Billing & renewal

Billing and renewal run through the Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation & Restore Purchases

Cancel anytime from your store’s subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. You can restore a previous purchase with “Restore Purchases” in the app.

Refunds

Account vs subscription

Deleting your Wazen account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it in Apple or Google as well. Wazen Pro also does not include food orders, which are paid separately through Paymob.
